The following steps have been implemented to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Initial Enquiries & Consultations:

Initial Enquiries and consultations are conducted in our Malvern East Showroom or by Telephone / Video Conferencing if preferred. We offer a multitude of video call platforms to best suit your technological needs. 

Showroom consultations are offered with social distancing and hygiene guidelines being observed with surfaces cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.

A preliminary estimate of your renovation is provided to you at this stage.

At your home:

The next step is for our Designer to come to your home and measure your renovation space to generate a detailed quote.

We work in line with the Government’s social distancing and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients, employees, tradespeople and the broader community.

As a member of the HIA we receive immediate updates on the latest and most important information regarding the industry and current situation and strictly follow these procedures.
