All City is an award-winning, family owned business with over 30 years of renovation and management experience, operating out of our Malvern East showroom. We transform homes across inner and south-east Melbourne, including Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Toorak, Carnegie and surrounding suburbs. Owners Craig and Steve are involved with every project and, with their combined expertise in building and design, have built a reputation as Melbourne’s leading renovation experts.

CUSTOM-MADE JOINERY

We manufacture all joinery components – such as kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, laundry cupboards, built-in wardrobes, built-in storage, bookcases and entertainment units – at our own Burwood factory. As a result, All City provide quality cabinetry that is visually seamless, millimetre-perfect, of solid construction and a pleasure to use.We stand by the quality of our work and the products we use, and we back that up with a 10-year warranty on our workmanship (exceeding the industry legislated requirements of 6 years).

We’re committed to making the renovation process easy and streamlined. Steve, Craig and the supervising team will lead your project and remain personally involved from start to finish. When you have questions or need to discuss your project, you’ll get the right answer, right away. Every member of the All City trades team has been hand-picked for their professionalism, enthusiasm and high level of expertise. They’re approachable, great communicators, listen carefully to your requirements, and have absolute respect for your home and privacy during construction.

To start your renovation journey, book a discovery session at our Showroom, located at 516 Waverley Rd, Malvern East.

At no cost to you, Craig and Steve will talk you through the latest design trends and newest products, discussing the pros and cons of each. In addition, we’ll listen to your ideas and gain an understanding of what you want from a renovation in terms of both looks and functionality. You can expect honest advice and guidance to help you choose the materials, colours and finishes that align with your needs and showcase your personal style.

In our showroom you can see, touch and discover kitchen and bathroom finishes, including beautiful bench-top surfacing materials, tiles, splashbacks, flooring finishes, cabinetry and the latest hardware. Our displays demonstrate what is possible – from clever storage ideas and solutions for tricky spaces, to creating a wow factor with decorative finishes.

After the showroom consultation we will visit your home, assess and measure the space and discuss options for the best possible design. We will draw up a concept, collaborating with you until you’re one-hundred per cent happy. You will then receive a fixed price quote.

You will be guided through the selection process for finishes such as bench tops, flooring and tiles. We have close relationships with a wide range of associated suppliers, which means we can facilitate your purchase of items such as kitchen appliances, tap ware, sanitary ware, and accessories. All City provide in-house design and colour consultations. Alternatively, we can refer you to an independent interior designer.

Your Renovation Agreement will outline important information such as the scheduled payments dates and renovation completion date. Furthermore, you will receive details on the building period so you will always know when to expect us in your home.

We will begin with a check and measure of your home. Your cabinetry will then be custom made by our in-house production team, prior to the commencement of your renovation. All City will facilitate all deliveries to your home.

You will be introduced to your dedicated Supervisor, who will keep you informed and collaborate with you. Once a build commences, you will be welcome to call or visit our showroom for a coffee to discuss the progress of your renovation.  We can provide real-time information as we employ the latest software to bring tradespeople together on the online platform, Smartsheet. You can also have access to see when Tradespeople will be in, view updates on your product orders, and more.

We know that time is a priority for clients. Trades are well coordinated and delays are minimised so you can start enjoying your new dream kitchen, bathroom or living space sooner. To help you keep up with your day-to-day routine, our respectful team will leave your home is clean and tidy at the end of each project day.

Once the project is complete, we will conduct a final inspection to make sure the finished renovation exceeds your expectations. You will be provided with warranties, certificates and maintenance information at the final handover meeting. At this stage, you can start enjoying your dream renovation.

All City was founded in 1996 by brothers Craig and Steve Bodin. Together with a team of quality tradespeople and qualified cabinet-makers, All City provide complete, tailored services to suit every client’s needs. CRAIG BODIN

REGISTERED BUILDER & DESIGNER
Craig is one of those builders who truly loves what he does. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly experienced in all aspects of construction, Craig will match your enthusiasm for a new kitchen, bathroom or extension project. Craig completed his carpentry apprenticeship in 1984 and has been building ever since – everything from bathrooms & kitchens through to new homes. He founded All City in 1996 and since then has specialised in designing and building beautiful bathrooms and kitchens. As a registered builder, he’s able to carry out structurally complex renovations to provide you with greater design scope and flexibility. Craig is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and the Kitchen and Bathroom Designers Institute (KBDi).
